Refund policy

 

ALL JEWELRY SALES ARE FINAL AND CANNOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED.

Unworn clothing items, in original condition, may be returned within fourteen(14) days for another item or for store credit only.  You must have a receipt and the original tags attached to the garment(s). Customer will be responsible for all shipping and handling charges or you may bring clothing items directly back to the location it was purchased from. Returned orders could be subject to a 25% restocking fee. Sale items are not returnable. Return are usually processed within 5 days of receipt of the item.

Please note that I only use exceptional beads and stones in my designs.  Of course, due to the inherent irregularity of natural stones, beading and pendant shape may vary slightly from pictures shown.  This also applies to handmade accessories such as crosses.

How To Exchange A Clothing Item:
1. Please email studio@artisticworksbylu.com to request an exchange.
2. Mail your returned item to:

3. Please include in your package the reason for your exchange and the original receipt.
