All items are shipped from our flagship studio located in historic Leavenworth, Kansas. From here, we carefully package each order, whether it's a stunning piece of jewelry featuring natural gemstones, a stylish leather accessory, or a beautiful outfit from brands like Judy Blue Jeans, Dear John Denim, or Oli and Hali. We utilize trusted shipping partners, including the United States Postal Service (USPS) and United Parcel Service (UPS), to deliver your items promptly and safely.

For those who prefer a personal touch or wish to skip the wait, we offer the convenient option of picking up your purchase directly from our Leavenworth location. Simply choose the local pickup option at checkout, and we will have your order ready for you to collect at your convenience.

Shipping Timeframes & Processing
We strive to process and ship your order as swiftly as possible. In many cases, this means your order could be shipped the same day it is placed! However, to ensure quality and accuracy, we kindly ask that you allow 3 business days for us to process and ship your order. During peak shopping seasons or special promotions, processing times may be slightly longer, but rest assured, we work diligently to get your order out to you without unnecessary delays.

Personalized or custom orders, including hand-stamped jewelry or specially requested designs, are crafted with care and attention to detail. To ensure you receive a beautifully finished product, please allow up to two weeks for these customized pieces to be completed and shipped. We value your patience and are confident you’ll find the wait worthwhile once you see your one-of-a-kind creation.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. This allows you to monitor your package’s journey from our studio to your doorstep. We recommend keeping an eye on the tracking information and contacting the carrier directly if there are any delays or issues along the way.

Please note: While we handle each package with the highest level of care and attention, we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages once they leave our studio. We encourage you to reach out to the carrier directly with your tracking number should any issues arise.
